How pricing works. Listed prices are starting points for a healthy, average-size coat. The final price depends on your pet’s size, breed, and coat condition, and we’ll always confirm it with you at drop-off — never a surprise at pickup. Booking online holds your appointment in seconds.

Questions, answered
How long does a groom take?
Most full grooms take one and a half to three hours depending on size and coat. We work at your pet’s pace and never rush them, so we’ll text you the moment they’re ready rather than holding you to the minute.
Do you ever sedate pets?
Never. Our whole approach is fear-free: lots of breaks, gentle handling, and patience. If a pet is too stressed to continue safely, we stop and talk through next steps with you.
My dog is matted, senior, or anxious. Can you still help?
Yes. Tell us when you book so we can plan extra time. For heavy matting we prioritize comfort over looks — that sometimes means a shorter cut, which we’ll always discuss with you first.
Do you groom cats?
We focus on dogs to keep every visit calm and predictable. If you have a cat, give us a call and we’ll point you to a trusted feline groomer nearby.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Plans change — just let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to another pet. Repeated last-minute no-shows may affect future booking.
